Not the first Fi103 in 1/144. I know of at least three - the white metal Reviresco kit, the recent F-Toys' gashapon (with the He162) and the Wing144 resin kit. However, it is the first with a trolley - nice touch.
Does anyone know the price of this kit? It would be interesting to compare it with the other V1s out there, particularly the Wing144 item (1575 yen).
